For the International Day of the Girl Child in 2024, CSDON launched the Flow With Confidence Campaign to empower girls, one pad at a time.

We had the privilege of visiting Government Secondary School, Atu, and Government Secondary School, Uwanse, Cross River, Calabar, where we shared reusable sanitary kits with about 1000 incredible students.

The excitement and warm welcome from the girls reminded us of the significance of this outreach, especially as they eagerly embraced the knowledge and resources we provided.

Each student received a sanitary kit that included a pack of reusable pads in three sizes designed to accommodate their different flows during the month.

We also gave them scented soap and a pamphlet with tips on maintaining menstrual health.

With Flow With Confidence, CSDON is empowering girls, one pad at a time.
