“Birth Easy with CSDON” — a special event designed to support mothers through one of life’s most important journeys.

At Birth Easy with CSDON, we’re making the birthing experience less physically and emotionally challenging by empowering mothers with the knowledge and care they deserve.

Join us as we cover essential topics such as:

Prenatal Care – What to do before the baby comes: nutrition, wellness, and preparing your body and mind.

Birthing Care – What to expect in the delivery room, how to manage pain, and how to prepare emotionally and physically.

Postnatal Care – Because care doesn’t stop after birth. Learn the importance of caring for both mother and child, and how aftercare supports healing, bonding, and mental health.

And yes, gift packs will be shared with all expectant and new mothers!
